- New non-primary roles for Schools data (which is now included within ODS OrgRefData)
- New named relationship (RE10) which identifies the nominated payee within a PCN for COVID vaccinations
The XML Relationship Rules spreadsheet has also been updated to incorporate these new relationships.

The release zip file was updated at 2:06pm on 14 September 2021.
The original 32.4.0 release was incorrectly baselined against the SNOMED CT July 2021 release. It has been rebuilt correctly against the SNOMED CT January 2021 release.
All cluster or query expansions already performed against the faulty release are invalid, and will need to be redone.
This release incorporates OPCS 4.9 and the final April 2020 release of the between-terminology mapping tables.
We apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused.
VMP core SNOMED codes uplifted to a UK extension code - test file
Several VMP core to UK extension code changes took place on 26 to 27 May 2021.
This set of dm+d files are from 3 May 2021 (before the changes) to allow you to use these files along with a new set of dm+d files (after the changes, so from June 2021 onwards) to test for the upcoming changes planned for 2023 for all VMPs to change from a core SNOMED code to a UK extension code.

This release is useable from 1 April 2021 and supports the submission of additional Treatment Function and Main Specialty Codes introduced by DCB0028: Treatment Function and Main Specialty Standard.
The Information Standard was approved by the Data Coordination Board as ISB0092: Commissioning Data Sets.
Release 5.0 FINAL
This release is useable from 1 October 2021 for portal submissions from 1 December 2021.
An internal IDB technical issue that was padding entered text with spaces to the maximum field length has been resolved.
The format of field SMHEPCCharge in table MHS517SMHExceptionalPackOfCare has been changed from number (Decimal 9 Precision 2) to string (Length 10) for easier population.
Table names, field names, field types (with the exception of field SMHEPCCharge) and sizes are identical to the previous release.
All Provider/Supplier processes and systems that have been developed to populate the IDB should not be affected and will work with this release.
