CSDS submissions must be made using the latest CSDS Intermediate Database (IDB).
The structure of the Intermediate Database tool (IDB) must not be altered in any way and will be validated upon receipt of the submission to the SDCS Cloud. All the tables must be present, even if some of these are not appropriate to the submission (based on the activity that has taken place). All the fields listed in each table must also be present and the field types must be exactly as specified.
The data items required to populate the IDB should be extracted directly from the appropriate local information systems such as a clinical system or Patient Administration System (PAS).
