dm+d XML transformation tool

Use this tool to read the dm+d weekly-released XML files (under item ‘NHSBSA dm+d’ in this category) and convert the content to both Microsoft Excel and comma-separated value (CSV) files.

The tool:

  • runs on Microsoft Windows (fully tested on Windows 7)
  • runs from the C: drive - you might need local administrator permissions
  • requires Microsoft Excel (fully tested with Excel 2010)
  • uses a Microsoft Excel macro-enabled spreadsheet

No dm+d releases are included with the tool and must be downloaded separately.
