The Community Services Data Set collects information for people who are in contact with NHS-funded Community Health Services.
Although this release was made available to download on 10 January 2022, the content is only useable from 1 January 2023.
The Community Services Data Set XML Schema does not contain validation.
The Information Standard was approved by the Data Alliance Partnership Board as DAPB1069: Community Services Data Set.
Updated 25 March 2022 to include improved sample XML files. The XML Schema itself is unchanged.
