The SNOMED CT eLearning Programme (The Programme) has been created by NHS Connecting for Health. The Programme is
licensed by the Authority on a royalty-free basis for non-commercial use. By installing, loading, accessing or running
the Programme you agree to use it solely for non-commercial purposes and on the following terms.
You acknowledge that the copyright and all other intellectual property rights in respect of the Programme are owned by
or licensed to the Authority.
You may only use the Programme within the organisation it is provided to and you may not distribute or make additional
copies of the Programme or its contents, in whole or in part, or modify the Programme in any way unless such action is
necessary for the purposes of research, training or teaching within your organisation.
Any use of the Programme must acknowledge the Authority as the author of the Programme.
No part of the Programme may be made available for viewing or downloading through a public website or other publicly
accessible medium. The Programme is provided ‘as is’. Whilst every reasonable care has been taken to ensure
the accuracy of its contents, the Authority cannot accept responsibility for any action taken, or not taken on the
basis of the content of the Programme.
The Authority shall not be liable for any loss or damage or any kind.
