Home NHS Data Model and Dictionary XML Schemas
Commissioning Data Sets form the basis of data on activity carried out by organisations reported centrally for monitoring and payment purposes. They support the current Healthcare Resource Group version for calculation of payment to trusts and monitoring of other initiatives.
This release is useable from 8 July 2022.
This is an update of the previous 12 April 2022 release (now withdrawn). It corrects errors that incorrectly mandated structures in CDS V6-3 Types 150 and 160. See the release notes for details.
The Information Standard was approved by the Data Alliance Partnership Board as DAPB0092: Commissioning Data Sets.

Releases 6.2.1, 6.2.2 and 6.2.3 supplement the existing 6.2 release and allow submission of CDS011 (Emergency Care) CDS Type only. The 6.2 release will continue to be used for all current Commissioning Data Set type submissions.
