Welcome to the OPCS-4 Submission Portal.

Requests for change for consideration for inclusion in OPCS-4.10 must be submitted by midnight 1st December 2021.

Requesters are asked to read the Submissions Guidance document (PDF, 50Kb) carefully before submitting a request as incomplete requests for change cannot be considered. This document also includes a Questions & Answers section for additional information about processing requests.

OPCS-4 is the Information Standard for clinical classifications for interventions and procedures published under section 250 of the Health and Social Care Act 2012.
